Founder & Managing Director

Yonas has 12 years of experience in both consulting and in industry having worked in middle and senior level management roles with various fortune 500 companies, high-growth scale-ups, and new ventures. His experience is focused on the consumer packaged goods and retail industries, more specifically grocery retail and businesses who both manufacture and distribute food and regulated products.

Throughout his career he has worked in a variety of functional areas including supply chain, strategy, planning, operations, post-M&A integration, sales insights, analytics, and technology implementation; and in close collaboration with other functional areas such as financial accounting, marketing, HR, legal, sales, etc.
